I work for a major insurance organization and we are strapped with experience here, so if you need programming questions answered I may be able to get up and seek it. But you must give me about 45 minutes to reply back. Ohter wise I am strapped to my desk doing upgrades in Oracle 11i at this time...We are doing testing until the end of October so I will be fully functional then to help out if I can...

Web Design is a VERY broad field. It's like saying that you want to learn music, where do I start? Do you want to write symphonies or tune pianos? There are many skills required in the great scheme of things. You need to match your skills to something useful - and use Google!
