I have written a primer on Web graphics for Macromedia which you might find useful.

Here is some stuff about Fireworks on the same site.

If you use the topic menu on WPDFD, you will also find various articles about web graphics.

Thanks for a first class site.
A while ago I came across a Macromedia Contribute article you wrote re typography and colors. Although I have seen a similar article from you main WDFWPD Index, it is not the one I am looking for. Can you please give me the link to that page.
