I charge differently on a project to project basis.

No price that you will charge will be right or wrong, your a student so any money in is useful. Some people are happy to pay more, others aren't, not all clients have massive budgets.

How much do you value your work at and the time you have spent working on it?

I know for myself some of the work I do it doesn't really matter to me about how much I charge, more that I add something decent to my portfolio as Im only in the early stages of my career.
