Layout: Absolute float works on mac, not on PC

Hello,
It seems that when I float my divs (or span class, I've tried both), It lines up perfectly on Mac, but not on the PC. It doesn't matter which browser is used, the problem seems to be the platform.

If you're looking at from a PC, the "Services" block should be on the gray background and the other two should also line up with their background as well.
