You might want to try eliminating the DIVs with the "thumbnail_image" class and just apply the class to the images. I don't know if that will get rid of bottom white space, but it will clean up your mark up a bit. I cleaned house, then gave the enclosing div a specific width and height and it got rid of the extra space below the image. Go figure.

Seems like it should work without having to give the enclosing div a width and height, don't you think?
