One book I read (though I can't remember its name) addressed this issue by saying that while most people are afraid to use "I" when talking about their company online even if they're the sole proprietor or the only person involved. We (as in the general populace) tend to think of a business as a collection of individuals and therefore tend to gravitate toward a "We" approach when talking about business. But there's nothing wrong with letting people know it's just you out there. In fact, it can even be a plus if someone is looking for a dedicated individual whom they feel they can have a personal connection with.

All in all, I like the design's clean look and minimalist approach.
