Layout: Problem with box width in NN?

Can anyone give me any insight as to why this box, (the light pink one), displays in the correct width in IE and Opera, but is much too wide in Netscape?

I'm stumped.

I appreciate any help.

If you run your CSS through the W3C Validator, you will see what is causing the problem...
