Markup: A navbar question

I have a gif image I'd like to be positioned right at the top of the page. I'm missing something rather basic because there's a quarter-inch of white space between the top of the page and the image. Here's the code.

Hi Morley,
The code isn't appearing correctly. Can you link us to your page? I have a feeling it's probably a quick CSS fix.
