Bit of an introduction. I'm a student of web design and live in Perth, Western Australia.

I have a very simple question. How do you get the effect of a hyperlink (or any text) 'glowing' or increasing in size when the cursor is placed over it? Can this be defined in a style sheet?

Appreciate any help.

I'm not sure what you mean by "glowing." If you just mean that the text turns a lighter color, CSS could do it easier than Javascript.
