Unless the site has a index page for each area, then i dont think you can (happy to be proven wrong). if its your site, you could always add some javascript to the pages that you want to point at that say if they are not in the frameset then load it (quite simple to do).<br /><br />Can you post the site link here so we can take a look?]]></description>

    <description><![CDATA[AKAIK, you can't do it. That's just another reason to avoid frames. When I took over my site, it was frame-based. There were lots of times i wanted to send people to a particular page, but couldn't. I just had to give them the site's URL and tell them which link to click. It was embarrassing.]]></description>
