You haven't asked for suggestions, but here goes anyway.
On a 800 x 600 screen (the most common size) your logo if off the bottom of the window. Why not fix the logo and menu to the bottom of the screen using position: absolute; bottom: 0px; then the logo and menu will always be visible no matter what size the screen is.
