Miscellaneous: Need Help, thanks

I have a CCWebForm that submits to a database and emails result to me(Owner) no problem. The problem is passing the global $_POST[fields] to the next page. I have tried everything I can think of.
The code is as follows...
The form - hogansbassets.com/shotrecord.html
The Next - hogansbassets.com/CustomShotRecord.html
The "Next page is just an Image of a form that I layer the "Sumited" forms data onto. If I hard code the html with text it works perfect, using the vars it does nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.

Wordpress is very easy to set up.
Why go to someone else to make it for you ??
