1. A category for FORUM SUGESSTIONS might be helpful. As it stands, we are using MISC to make any suggestions.

2. Please consider allowing USER AVATARS or personal pictures. In your Forum Preferences and Settings, you can turn this on and restrict the width and height of personal pictures. We have found success with our Yabb by doing this. Adds a personal touch for the members.

3. Another category to add: "Write A Review." This category can really kick-start your new forum.

If there were some decent images It switch on avatars but the avatars that come with YaBB are too nasty for a design forum, so I turned them off. i must admit, I find the smileys exceedingly naff too, but they don't use much bandwidth.

People will want to put up pictures in their profile. They help to make a forum more personal.
