I am looking for software that can encode and decode wav-files (44,1kHz, stereo) with a watermark of my choise (txt), into mp3-files of at least 192 kbit/s. Preferably NOT via a GUI, but "command based". Please advise download page or a company that offer this? (Please excuse my bad english. It's been a while).
