I used to suffer from RSI but don't since I got a HEAVY mouse (Microsoft Wireless Optical). The extra weight of the batteries means that you have to put more effort into moving the mouse so the use of fine motor muscles is not such an issue for general use.

In drawing, especially with a pencil tool (as I do a lot of for pixel fonts) and vector work in Illustrator, that's where the repetition really becomes an issue but I think I would find coordinating two hands to do this kind of work very difficult. I can connect two mice to my keyboard and use one for movement and one for clicking but it's like rubbing the tummy and patting the head then trying to change hands!

No doubt that with practice, somebody could get used to this just like they can with so-called 'ergonomic' keyboards but, with a drawerful of rejected mice and other pointing devices, I'm unlikely to buy this just to find out.
