Promotion: Accessing Google PageRank From Code

Hi,

I came across some software called SEOAdminstrator.exe which can find all your inbound links and tell you the google PageRank of each one.

I was wondering if anyone knows how the software does this. I mean how do you actually access PageRank values using, say ASP or PHP?
