I do agree with you all and i think SEO is the most appropriate way to get more back links because we will get huge amount of the traffic when our site would be at the top of search engine.and i think we should not use black hat seo technique we must be make more natural links for this purpose.

Link farm is an unethical SEO technique and it is not really good to promote website in search engines. Google can penalize websites, promoted through Link farming.
