This is probably old news to most folks, but I stumbled onto HTML-Kit today and I really like it so far. It is not WYSIWYG, but it has tabbed internal previews that let you view IE and Gecko rendering side-by-side.  Also, it allows real-time previews of PHP scripts if you have PHP installed.

I like it, but I moved on to Topstyle Pro 3 because it also handles CSS and loads of useful validation stuff.
