The scrolling ticker has become a very common element in professional web pages, i was wondering how does one implement them. There are a set of slides at the side of a window and the window contains the slide pointed to by the ticker...for e.g the one present in espnstar.com......what kind of tools are needed to implement that.
While i am well versed in HTML, i am new to Flash. Any suggestions would be useful. Thanks in advance.
